Every day our planet's air is getting more polluted and risking our lives by damaging our precious immunity system. Air quality is degrading day by day and it's very high time that we take control of our health by practising better living standards for our homes.
Having these indoor plants in our homes can regulate the air quality by absorbing pollutants, dirt and other various toxic elements which can seriously damage our health. These plants produce abundant oxygen through out the day and night ensuring pure oxygen rich environment.

1. Spider Plant:

The Spider Plant, or Chlorophytum comosum, is the most popular house plant. It is very easy to maintain one. It can grow rapidly, propagate itself and produces baby plants which you can grow more in your garden or you may want to gift to your friends and family.
2. Peace Lily:

Peace Lily is a very popular house plant, mainly because of it glorious half cone shaped flower which somewhat looks like the hood of cobra. Its a very low maintained plant which need very less watering. The soil needs to be kept moist but not soggy. The plant does not need direct sunlight so you can keep the plant in indirect sunlight.
3. Aloe Vera:

Aloe Vera is a famous medicinal plant with an ornamental and cultural beliefs. Its gel, which is in its stem has very beneficial qualities which can help you to overcome any skin related problem. this plant does not need much attention though. you can keep it in your room besides your bed because it also produces oxygen and purifies the air.
4. Rubber Plant.

This easy-care house plant is very popular because of its thick stems and fleshy, variegated leaves. Their large leaves can absorb airborne chemicals and break them down, rendering them harmless. They absorb exhaled carbon dioxide and convert it to breathable oxygen. Rubber plants also eliminate bacteria and mold spores in the air.
5. Money Plant.

The Money plant (Pothos) is easy to grow climber plant. It is one of the top identified air purifier plant by NASA. It removes at least 107 known air pollutants and also produces ample amount of oxygen which makes it an ideal houseplant to have in home. Propagating the plants is also easy as you just have to cut a stem from the parent plant and keep in water till get some roots.
6. Snake Plant.

Snake plant has broad strap-like, upright leaves that are dark green and marked with a pattern of wavy cross stripes in a lighter color. The striping gives it the common name of snake plant. The plant convert oxygen at night making it an ideal bedroom plant or in fact for anywhere in the house. The plant also filters formaldehyde, trichloroethylene, xylene, toluene, and benzene from the air.
